I'm with you on the 'addressing the fallout' thing - as much as I thought the CW comics story was a clusterfuck, it'd be weird for the MCU, being what it is, to NOT address the impact on real life of having superheroes and interdimensional aliens slamming around causing destruction. This is particularly true because one of the really uncomfortable things in Age of Ultron was that there was so much 'go to a seemingly random location and just use it and its (often brown) people as background for (mostly white, American) superheroes to fight in' and it felt like weird superhero colonialism.
