I have a feeling HP made it possible and then Twilight made it a trend - the last one of those was a thumping great book...

I actually have very little memory of The Owl Service (I've only seen the TV drama, but the book is knocking around here somewhere) and I need to read it now!

Apparently some of the fic I have bookmarked has Will and Jane having been a couple; I'm curious as to how that'll be handled...
